By accessing or using BuildWealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BuildWealth Inc.
BuildWealth is a personal finance management platform that allows users to track net worth, manage financial goals, monitor subscriptions, analyze transactions, and access AI-powered financial insights. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
BuildWealth and its AI Financial Advisor provide informational content only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. BuildWealth is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or input false or misleading financial data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
All content, features, and functionality of BuildWealth — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and AI models — are owned by BuildWealth Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildWealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
