How do I add a financial account?

Navigate to Accounts in the sidebar, then click 'Add Account'. Enter your account name, type, institution, and current balance. You can update balances at any time by editing the account.

How does the AI Financial Advisor work?

The AI Advisor has full context of your accounts, goals, and spending patterns. Ask it anything — from 'What is my net worth?' to 'When will I reach my retirement goal?' — and it will provide personalized insights based on your actual data.

How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings, then the Billing tab. Click 'Upgrade Plan' to start a Stripe checkout session, or 'Manage Billing' to access the Stripe Customer Portal where you can change plans, update payment methods, or cancel.

Can I export my financial data?

Yes. From the Transactions page, use the export button to download your transaction history. Net worth history and goal progress can be viewed in their respective pages. Full data export is available in the Settings page.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During this window you can reactivate your account or request a full data export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Is my financial data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We never store bank credentials or card numbers. See our Security page for full details.

What is the refund policy?

Subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and click 'Delete Account'. This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
